Healthy With Yawning

Yawning is a symptom which indicates that the brain and the body of a person requires oxygen and nutrients, and because lack of oxygen supply from respiratory organs to the brain and the body. And this happens when we are sleepy or dizzy, lethargic, and people who are facing death. And yawning is activity of inhaled the air deeply through your mouth, not by mouth to breathe deeply as usual!!!

These uncontrolled free radical cells are causing specific diseases, usually cancer. Because it can prevent and fight disease, antioxidants are claimed can extend life. Not only that, antioxidants are also believed can increase sexual ability and many other benefits.

The Danger of Having Too Much Sleep

All this time that many people questioned about is the danger of having lack sleep. But having too much sleep is also dangerous for the body, one of them is that can make the body becomes tired and risk for having stroke. Having too much sleep during the weekend will not make a person feel better. People who are not getting enough sleep either more or less have the risk of traffic accidents, changes in body weight, decreased productivity and disruption of the immune system.
