Potential of Diabetes Because of Nicotine

Smoking increases the risk of heart disease and stroke because nicotine will form a resistance to insulin, resulting in pre-diabetic condition. Researchers believe that conditions will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Insulin resistance is known as pre-diabetic condition, which is when the blood sugar levels increased but not to the level of diabetes. It was explained by the researcher.

Slim Program and Glycemic Index

Most people who want to be slim or even more who suffer from diabetes is very concerned about the content of carbohydrate in their diet. We can assume that, the less the consumption of carbohydrates then it will create faster or healthier slim. It is the same as the level of fat. This assumption is not entirely true, though not entirely wrong, too. One of the reason is the body needs enough carbohydrate for metabolism.
