Hypertension Due To Lack of Sleep

The rise of someone’s blood pressure is caused by many things. Heredity, unhealthy diet, and improper environment can cause a person suffering from hypertension aka high blood pressure. Works that piled up, traffic jam and various other activities that make you reduce your sleep time everyday. Yet the lack of sleep has led someone to have high blood pressure. Lack of sleep can increase the risk of hypertension.

Even in Britain, one of three people who have hypertension is potentially having a stroke and heart attack. The researchers checked the blood pressure of the object of the study. The researchers then monitored the sleep patterns using sensors that placed on each study subject’s wrist in order to know their activities and their rest before the blood pressure is checked again later.

Healthy Kidneys With Water

Plain water can help accelerate the metabolism in the body by converting the food into energy. The water serves as a fuel to drive the chemical reactions of metabolism. If you do not drink enough water, then it can not burn calories. Consume less water will make the body take fluids from the closer components which is blood. Because fluids content in the blood are taken then the blood will be thick, so that the distribution of blood throughout the body will be disrupted. This condition is very influential to the kidneys, because the kidney will be difficult to remove toxins in the blood that is thick.

As a result many people are affected by kidneys problem if they drinking less water. Water has many benefits, if it is taken properly as it mean no more or less. Benefits of water that are already known like eliminate thirst, prevent dehydration and replace fluids in the body that is lost through sweat, urine, or when we breathe. In addition water can also act for detoxify the body, because there are many substances which are easily soluble in water, so the disturber substances will be out of the body with the help from water through the urine.

Fitness Aspect of The Exercise

Fit means being able to carry out their daily work with prime and fresh; along with enough stamina and aware to emergency things in our situation. Definition of fit by physically can be varies depending on the profession. Definition of fit is also relative, you may be fitter this year than last year or maybe you are fitter than your neighbors, there is no definite explanation about fit.

One thing for sure, if you pursue fitness, then exercise is the only way to achieve it. There are 4 basic aspects to be physically fit, that is: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Each can be measured with routine exercise. Remember, exercise for fitness is not is not the same as weight training to increase an athlete’s performance. To be fitter, you need to build these 4 basic aspects, not just 1 or 2.
