Seafood, especially shellfish are contain rich immune stimulant, especially zinc. Zinc is essential for growth and development of muscle tissue, the formation and development of bone and sexual organs. Even the experts believed that the shellfish is a kind of aphrodisiac (food ingredients that can stimulate libido or sexual desire).

Other foods that containing zinc, among others are, offal (the cow organs), fresh beef, grains and beans, legumes, carrots, string beans, green beans and potatoes. Seafood, especially fish, is also believed can slow the aging because fish contains coenzyme Q10 (usually called ubiquinone), an antioxidant chemicals which its function similar to vitamin E. Coenzyme Q10 plays an active role for improving the immune system (immune system), and slow the aging process.
