Because now we have “tools” that can immediately remove this emotional degradation from the head. And those tools are: Detecting the sources of stress. It is very easy actually to direct our index finger to point the exact location of stress. But usually we do not dare to point out the stress location because we lied to ourselves. Give your full attention.

After successfully detecting the source of stress, then we need to check our strength. Try doing relaxation which focus on the self-strength. Lie down and close your eyes. Focus your mind on the body and feel the blood flow and the air circulation. Let the energy fill every inch of our bodies because that’s the time when we balanced the emotion and soul with our physical.

Provide healthy therapy for the body. Give your body the right to work fairly after doing relaxation. And work fairly means perform healthy lifestyle by having enough sleep and eat healthy food. The stress does not stay longer in our mind when we have healthy body and soul.

Exercise. You don’t have to do heavy exercise, just walk for 30 minutes, stretching the muscles, or yoga. Exercise is the one that can loose our strained muscles due to stress.
