That type of food could be called as an ideal breakfast if contains nutrients which consists of various groups of foods such as fruits, grains and low-fat dairy products.

Protein is an element that must exist in the breakfast. Why? Because the protein can be helpful for having limited caloric intake. The protein can be obtained form soy milk, tofu, egg whites or other low-fat dairy products. A little bit of fat should be involved in your breakfast. All the activities will be run more smoothly, full of passion and vitality starting from our breakfast in the morning. With the balanced nutrition, the body will thank for the spirit and the energy.
