You might want to rub it on. Anything that irritates the eyes, like the smoky air, dust, or infection, can cause itching, such as hay fever or a reaction to given water swimming pool chlorine, cosmetics, or eye drops.

Sometimes the edge of the eyelid can become infected. This condition is called blepharitis, dry eye pain caused by skin flakes in the eyelashes. Blepharitis is more common in people dandruff. You also get the occasional itchy eyes when wearing contact lenses.

The following steps can eliminate the problem or is used with the treatment of a doctor.

1. Avoid rubbing your eyes because it can add to itch and cause infection.
2. To alleviate allergic itching and irritation, use a cold compress. Soak a clean towel (cotton) in cold water, wring it out, and put it gently in the eye for several minutes. Repeat if necessary; use a clean towel each time.
3. Use artificial tears to cool the itchy eyes due to dust and fumes.
4. To know whether this is caused by sensitivity to cosmetics, face or hair, stop using it, then use the back one by one to see if the problem returned. Dispose of old eye makeup; do not keep mascara more than 6 months.
5. If your eyelids and eyelashes hardened inflammation, treat with eyelid cleanser.

Vessel constriction occurs in the throat. Heredity plays an essential role in this disease, if there are parents or grandparents who suffer from this disease can be reduced to a child or grandchild.

Allergies to things like dust, changes in temperature, humidity, excessive exercise or emotional stress can cause allergies so that the membranes lining the vessels will swell and excessive mucus so that the vessels become narrow and people with difficulty breathing. Despite the shortness of breath attacks can go away, but severe attack if left untreated can cause death because the patient cannot breathe.

Symptoms: Shortness of breath accompanied by wheezing sound (wheezing) Prevention and solution: Avoid things that can cause allergies in people, causing asthma attacks. For example, by cleaning the dust on the mattresses, pillows or blankets. Avoid extreme temperature and humidity, animals or food that can cause allergies.

Treatment: To cope with asthma attacks is to use a salve medicine (bronchodilator) by inhaled. Another way is to do therapy that will teach you how to relax and catch your breath in case of an asthma attack. When asthma is severe, can take medication every day to salve asthma attacks can be controlled. Thus, it is advisable for sufferers to always carry a salve to any drug he can go for immediate use in case of attack.

In fact to overcome an allergy, a proper handling is required so that allergy is not become a disease that will cause other disease which is more dangerous. Allergy is a deviate reaction from the body that related the increased level of immunoglobulin E, which is a mechanism of the immune system.

Allergy tendency is influenced by two factors that are genetic and environment (external factor). This matter is an explanation for the increase of possibility of getting allergies. One thing that can be done is to control the environment so that it can’t be”endangered” (eg avoid dust mites like on carpet, cotton, velvet material on the sofa or curtain, good ventilation in the house / room, stay away from the people who are smoking, avoid foods that are known often cause allergies (such as milk, eggs, seafood, chocolate) and avoid the cockroaches and pet dander). Allergy symptoms may include like itching, sneezing, and shortness of breath.

There many kinds of allergies. There are two allergic diseases which are commonly meet, that are allergic diseases which are associated with breathing such as asthma and allergic rhinitis (sneezing and cold repeatedly, especially in the morning) and allergic diseases which are associated with skin such as hives (rash) and atopic dermatitis (eczema). Allergic rhinitis disease is usually marked by sneezing, itchy nose, runny or stuffy nose and difficulty breathing, while the eyes feel itchy, red and watery. If this disease is allowed, would likely develop into sinusitis.
