The chocolate is also uniquely regarded as one of the foods that can eliminate stress, ranging from light stress to depression. Some people admitted that they eat chocolate when their mood is drop. Apparently, chocolate contains psychoactive molecules which can make someone feels good and happy.

Some of the chocolate’s content like caffeine, theobromine, methyl-xanthine and phenylethylalanine are believed can improve the mood and reduce fatigue so that can be used as an anti-depression drug.
