healthy menuProviding an additional food is a time when the baby experienced menu displacement from just drinking milk switching to menu that include solid food. This is an exciting and very important part in infant development. Milk will continue to supply the nutrients that your baby needs until a certain moment, but when your baby is more active, solid food become increasingly serves as balanced and healthy menu.

Providing an additional food for infant cannot be done in a hurriedly – this is a process that develops slowly where you switch menu from liquid to soft food, then to solid food and finally into pieces. Providing an additional food is not just adding nutrients or fills out the baby’s stomach.

At this stage, babies easily adapt and learn quickly. By introducing sense, and new texture and eating experience with a spoon, eating becomes exciting way to help their development.
