Dengue Virus

Dengue fever is caused by dengue virus infection that spread by Aedes aegypti mosquito. There are 4 types of dengue virus that is DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4. Among these 4 viruses, DENV-3 virus is most often attacked on the Indonesian population. You should know that a person who had been infected by one of these viruses, he can be infected by other types of dengue viruses. That means he can suffer dengue fever more than once.

Dengue VirusActually, dengue fever is not the only disease that can be caused by dengue virus. Dengue infection on human can cause several clinical forms:

1) asymptomatic (without symptoms)

2) undifferentiated fever

3) dengue fever

4) dengue hemorrhagic fever (Acute hemorrhagic dengue fever) with shock (dengue shock syndrome) or without shock.

Among of these 4 forms, it will be explained further the 3 and 4 form considering these two forms that often causes patients to come to the hospital.

Stroke Disease

stroke symptomsStroke is an interference that caused by blood obstruction that flows to the brain. Stroke happens by two things that is the blockage in blood artery and rupture of blood artery in the brain. The blockage of blood atery is usually due to foods that contain fat and it is usually found in erderly ages.

To detect it, first, recognize the symptoms of a stroke that is often experienced pain in the head and then a disruption in speech and body organs begin to look like a disability. Paralyzed of these organs resulted in memory loss to the sufferer.

For the healing process, it can be use two main ways that is healing with the use of drugs and derivation of unhealthy lifestyle, especially that related to food. Second, through physiotherapy, for patients with advanced level, physiotherapy will greatly aid the healing process.

Recognizing the Causes of Headaches

HeadacheHeadaches probably you often experience it once and certainly disrupt your activities. In aprecarious situation sometimes you should force yourself to continue working when you still have headache. Unfortunately, until today you can’t be sure what is the cause of your headache. Headache that often occur usually cause by several things :

1. Delaying a meal. You shouldn’t delay the time to eat to avoid headaches. An empty stomach will cause a headache.

2. Body and room temperature. Instability of body and room temperature makes you feel heat and stuufy. As aresult, there’s dizziness and headaches.

3. Foods that containing cheese. Food that containing cheese has a large effect for the healthy of head because it cause pain in the head.

Besides that three things, there’s still many things that can cause headache. Try to learn habits that can cause headache.
