If this thing allowed, of course we could experience dehydration.

Trying To Do Meditation

MeditationMeditation is not always associated with spiritual or religious. Someone can do meditation for body fitness. Also it is not true that meditation should always be passive and silent. Japanese people doing meditation through the art of flower arranging (Ikebana), or the art of beautiful writing – calligraphy (Shodo) or even while doing exercise of archery (Kyudo). While the Sufis meditate while dancing where they rotate themselves like a spin.

Based on meditation test that conducted for eight consecutive weeks on the volunteers who have never done meditation before, it turned out at the end of the test they are able to move their way of thinking to the left side of the brain, so that their way of thinking becomes more positive, and they can live happily. And many of them also are eventually can be free any pain or sedatives medications that they had to eat before.
