Although working for too long in front of the computer’s monitor still can affect health, such as eye fatigue, back pain, shoulder and neck pain.

Here are some tips to overcome fatigue and strain eyes when working in front of computer’s monitor. Hopefully we can keep the eyes as a gift even though we have to work for hours. You need to work in a room that has enough light. Watch the lighting in your working space. Do not work in a room that has bright and dazzling light. Use curtains to adjust light from the window.

Place the lamp above your head. Avoid staring directly at the light. On the contrary, do not also work in a room that is too dark or dim. Try to keep your room bright in order to keep your eyes healthy. Use filter glass monitor to reduce the light and radiation that is emitted from the monitor. Talk to your computer vendor to get a good filter which can reduce the effect of radiation, not just dim the light of the monitor.
