Today’s health problems can be sourced from anywhere like excessesive internet activity. Being in front of computer such a long time without resting will disrupt your physical and mental.

Physically, you will be very easy to get tired, the muscles will rigid, your leg will be easy to feel numb, and other impact. The great impact can be felt when doing execessive internet activity. Then you shoul be minimized that impact with adequate rest and drink enough mineral water.

Exercise and SnacksWhen we eat back the calories that was already been burnt, Braun explained that, it will only bring new risks, which is a heart disease. Then, why the athletes are actually doing the opposite? “Because the purpose of exercise for an athlete is different from ordinary people”. Not only keeps the body healthy, but also there is an element of competition in it. That’s why they always got a different advice than us.

On the first phase of the research, the participants were asked to do walking exercise on a treadmill for an hour a day so that 500 calories could be burned. Then, the respondents were divided into two groups. The first group was given high-calorie drinks just after completing the exercise. The second group was given only water. The exercise that they were doing was successfully suppressing the insulin levels up to 40 percent.

However, these benefits are disappear instantly when the first group is consume that energy drinks. This makes Braun and his team become wondered whether this occurs because the type of calorie drinks that are provided. Therefore, a second study was conducted then. The respondents were asked to pedal a bike for 75 minutes and shortly after that, the first group was asked to enjoy the high-carbohydrate foods. While the second group was given low-carbohydrates food, but with the same number of calories like the first group.

Sleep and Avoid Insomnia

SleepSleep, we do that every day, during sleep usually the body becomes unconscious and we are not aware about surroundings. Sleep itself consists of 5 phases, which is: drowsiness, light sleep, 2 stages of deep sleep and the last stage is REM (rapid eye movement). In this REM stage, respiratory, heart rate and eye movements became faster and the muscles became temporary paralyzed, at this stage dream is usually happen. Each person may be having different sleep needs, and usually people with different ages also require different sleep time.

Babies need time to sleep about 17 hours, while older children need time to sleep about 10 hours. For most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep time. People tend to sleep less during aging. Older people usually need more time to sleep, with the number and length of sleepy phase which is increased then time for sleep becomes less. Sleep difficulty or insomnia is the inability to get to sleep or stay asleep in sufficient time.

This situation can make condition of the body becomes tired, because sleep is very important for our health same as diet arrangement or sports. Any causes of sleep difficulty or insomnia, can affect us both physically or mentally. People who suffer from sleep difficulty or insomnia said that his life quality become lower than people who sleep well.
