Stress becomes a problem that often faced especially in this modern age with high productivity levels. Various problems can lead to stress and it is demanding to be overcome as soon as possible. Many examples of cases that make people eventually become stress. Do not have a job, business inflict a financial loss and many problems in every day life that can make someone stress.

Instead of exercising for example, Americans prefer watching movies, playing video games and others. For that, every workplace should have a stress reducing program such as exercise together, relaxation techniques, cognitive therapy (brain) or spend enough time for socializing with colleagues.
