Plain water can help accelerate the metabolism in the body by converting the food into energy. The water serves as a fuel to drive the chemical reactions of metabolism. If you do not drink enough water, then it can not burn calories. Consume less water will make the body take fluids from the closer components which is blood. As a result many people are affected by kidneys problem if they drinking less water. Water has many benefits, if it is taken properly as it mean no more or less.
