Health is very important, there are people who are willing to pay billions of dollars to get rid of their disease. The following tips are the examples of activities in our every day’s life.

These activities are part of healthy lifestyles, namely: Stop stupid activities that sometimes become our daily habit; such as smoking, drinking, using drugs / narcotics / other additive substances that cause addiction. You can imagine if someone has been affected by any of those activities, then he would spend lots of money just to buying those addictive stuffs, not to mention the cost for medical treatment, and wasting too much time only to buy and consume these illicit stuffs.

Healthy and Regulated Food, delicious food is not necessarily healthy. There are also many dangerous and unhealthy foods and beverages. For example, like the use of borax and formaldehyde that usually serves as a preservative for corpse / carcass which apparently now many people also use it on foods and beverages.

Do not carelessly snacking. You should buy food and beverages at clean / hygiene places. Always be careful and cautious on everything that we eat and drink because it probably contains or mixed with hazardous materials.
