As we know, those already refer to a healthy consumption. But did you know what the nutritionists said? Most of us still far from the thing that called “perfect healthy living”.

And apparently there were some major mistakes that we often do when implement a healthy eating such as: Always assume that our foods are better than others. This assumption usually arises because we are interested in choosing healthy foods based on its names.

Anti-carbohydrate. Many people are stay away from carbohydrate because they thought that carbohydrate as the main cause of fat accumulation and diabetes. There are good carbs but some are very bad. And remember one thing, the brain and the body still need carbohydrates to carry out their everyday functions.

Excessive eating; many people believe that they should meet the level of satiety. Eating irregularly; when we eat irregularly, the blood sugar levels will rapidly increase. High insulin may slow the metabolism which will be easily forming the fat accumulation.
